Description:
Fall Prevention Class for older adults. Eight session class that meets weekly for two hours.
Session topic:
Begin developing personal action plan for preventing falls. Identify personal obstacles to exercise. Learn balance exercises to prevent falls. Idnetify ways to support others in class regarding fall prevention.
Registration:
Register by calling the University of Missouri Extension office in Marion County. 573-769-2177. If you have questions about the class ask for Sherry Nelson.
