Description:
A fear of falling develops from many factors. "A Matter of Balance" can help you reduce that fear, provide exercises to reduce the risk of falling, and offer group support that will encourage people to continue with social activities through increased skills and confidence.
Session topic:
Session 5 provides the opportunity to develop an action planner for exercise and examine habits that may contribute to falls. Exercises continue.
