Description:
This five session series will focus on learning the basics of pressure and water bath canning through hands-on preserving of green beans, salsa, pickles and jellies. The fifth session focuses on dehydration and freezing.
Session topic:
learn how to make and home can safe salsas -- a fruit based salsa will be made to take home
