Description:
Do you have arthritis, asthma, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, depression, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, lupus, or any other chronic health condition? Do you live or care for someone with a chronic health condition? Better Choices, Better Health is a 6 week workshop that teaches you the skills you need to manage your symptoms and take control of your health! Learn how to: deal with stress, fear, and anxiety; manage medications; manage symptoms; eat healthier; communicate more effectively; and sleep better.
