    Home Food Preservation- June 2019

    Description:

    Quality for Keeps: Home Food Preservation is hands-on workshop focused on safe and correct food preservation methods in the home setting.

    This is a two-part course. Part-one is an on-line course where participants learn all the basic information about safe home food-preservation. Part-two is an experiential class allowing participants to practice what they learned in the on-line course under the supervision of a trained Extension professional. All participants attending the hands-on class will take home the food they prepare.

    Registration:
