Who Gets Grandma's Yellow Pie Plate

Description:

Whether planning ahead or making decisions when a loved one dies, this class will give you the resources you need to pass on personal possessions.  This program can help families understand the sensitivity of estate planning issues, determine what they want to accomplish when passing on personal possessions, decide what’s “fair” for their particular family, understand belongings have different meanings to different individuals, consider distribution options and consequences, and agree to manage conflicts if they arise.

To register for the Who Get’s Grandma’s Yellow Pie Plate class, contact the Atchison County Extension Center at 201 E US Highway 136 Rock Port, MO, phone number (660) 744-6231. There is a registration fee of $15 which includes the workbook or $20 for a couple sharing a workbook.
