Food Preservation: Pickling

Description:

This hands-on program is intended to provide participants with a solid foundation in home canning and preserving using up-to-date, research-based procedural recommendations, tested recipes and that assist the consumer in safely preserving their produce. In this specific course, participants will learn how to safely make pickled vegetables. Every participant will go home with a freshly canned jar of pickles. Class size is limited so register today!
