Quality for Keeps: Home Food Preservation Made Easy (Session 2 of 4)

Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Description:

This is a food preservation and canning series with four classes with topics that include water bath canning, pressure canning, freezing, and dehydrating fresh produce. Participants will learn methods and recipes that have been tested for both safety and high quality. This class provides the hands-on experience and a thorough guidebook that will allow participants to walk away with not only their own canned items, but also the confidence to preserve food at home.
