Food Preservation--Single Sessions

Description:

The food preservation program will answer consumer questions and teach safe food preservation techniques based on safe food handling research.

Session topic:

Food Preservation Class for Master Gardeners covering How to Dry Foods. Participants will learn basics of how drying preserves foods; tips for processing and storage. MU Extension Guide Sheets will also be used for detailed information.
