Cooking Matters for Adults (St. Joseph) (Session 1 of 6)

Cooking Matters is a 6 session program that provides education in nutrition and basic food preparation techniques. Participants prepare and eat a complete meal during each session.
A bag of FREE groceries for one of the lesson’s recipe each week for you to prepare the recipe at home.
•Six weekly lessons feature hands-on learning and include group discussion with instructors.
•Graduation certificate, recipe book and other freebies provided upon completion of the program.
•FOOD —prepared by you...the class participants!
Cooking Matters classes are open to participants who are low income.
We must have a minimum of 6 participants to hold this class. If we are not able to hold the class the registered participants will be notified.
