CDA Course Three: Creating Capacity for Dynamic Communities, is an intensive, experiential, five-day course offered by the University of Missouri Extension Community Development Program covering change, ethics, sustainability, citizen participation, citizen influence, citizen power, effective organizing, team workshops, small group process, whole systems processes for change and development, community change dialogue, community conflict intervention and perspectives.

course fees vary regarding type of credit earned: undergraduate, graduate, CEU, or no credit. Lodging is in addition to course fees and includes meals/snacks. In addition, commuter option is available.
