CDA Course One: Building Communities from the Grassroots is an intensive, experiential, five-day course offered by the University of Missouri Extension Community Development Program covering community development principles, polarization, group dynamics, team building, dealing with differences, assessment, inclusion, action planning processes, evaluation and monitoring, developing indicators, measuring impact, and developing local leadership.
