This is a 4-hour webinar held at MO PTAC and the UMKC SBTDC and provided by the SBA. Lunch will be provided.

Topics include: Negotiations Defined, Principles of Negotiation, Negotiation Toolbox, Overcoming Fear in Negotiation, Government Contract Negotiations, Exercise 1 – INE Incorporated, Government Negotiation Scenarios, Roles of the Buyer and Seller, Negotiation Techniques, Developing and Negotiating Your Objective Price, Exercise 2 – Negotiation Principles and Techniques.

Hosted by the UMKC SBTDC and MO PTAC, this lunch-and-learn federal contracting series will have SBA staff on site to assist and answer questions. All webinars in this series are provided by the SBA at no cost to the participant. Any fees incurred are for meals and administrative costs provided by the UMKC SBTDC and MO PTAC.
