Tasty tomatoes, colorful peppers, sweet juicy peaches and other fresh produce....are all so easy to preserve. This series of classes on home food preservation will teach the latest and safest ways to can, freeze and dry foods. Sign up for just one session, two, or all three: June 11-Freezing & Drying (fruits and vegetables), June 18- Water Bath Canning (jams/jellies, tomatoes, salsa, pickles, fruits), June 25-Pressure Canning (vegetables, tomatoes and soups).

This session will cover the basics of freezing and drying fruits and vegetables.
