Description:
This two day program being offered to Warren County 4-H participants will cover 4 food preservation practices, freezing, dehydrating, hot water bath canning and pressure canning. Participants attending both session will receive credit for required training for the 4-H food preservation project.
Session topic:
Session will cover food preservation safety, hot water bath and pressure canning processing will be taught.
