Description:

FastTrac GrowthVenture helps existing entrepreneurs analyze their current business situation to identify the best opportunities for growth. Budgeting, sales strategies, management team roles, operational systems and business plan implementation are key areas of emphasis. The course also facilitates networking between entrepreneurs and professionals.

Session topic:

Many detailed subjects will be discussed in this session, such as workflow, processes, controls, standards of performance, and success measurements.

Registration:

There is no fee for the class but registration is required. Funding for this opportunity was provided by the Delta Regional Authority. All participants will receive a textbook and handouts.
