Preserving the Harvest Home Food Preservation Series (Session 4 of 4)

This 4-session series will teach participants the basics of food preservation through hands-on experience in pressure canning, water bath canning, freezing, and dehyrdating fruits and vegetables.
Learn to use a pressure canner to preserve vegetables and other low acid foods.
Participants may register for individual workshops or all 4 workshops of the series. For more information, contact the Cole County Extension Center at 573-634-2824 or e-mail the instuctor. Registration deadline is 1 week before the session.
$15 for each session, or $48 for all 4 sessions.
