The Knox County 4-H/FFA Fair Board is comprised of two voting representatives from each of the 4-H community clubs and FFA chapter in the county. The board meets the second Tuesday of every month (with the exception of November and December) in the Knox County University of Missouri Extension center's conference room.
The Knox County 4-H/FFA Fair Board meets monthly for the purpose of planning this countywide event. Together members, volunteers, parents and community members work to secure the necessary resources in order to provide an quality educational experience.
Knox County 4-H/FFA Fair Board meetings are open to the public. Voting privileges are limited to the 4-H Club and FFA Chapter's elected
fair board voting representatives. The fair board welcomes and encourages individuals who are interested in helping plan and implement the county fair to attend meetings.
