Misunderstandings and conflicts are abundant amongst the various generations currently in the workplace. Supervisors and managers find it increasingly challenging to communicate and lead multiple generations. This workshop provides leaders and managers with insights into how to understand different generations and leverage their strengths, focusing them on business and organizational objectives.
