A Matter of Balance (Session 2 of 8)

Description:
A program created to help adults age 60+ overcome their concerns about falling. It is designed for adults who are able to move about and problem solve. Participants learn to view falls as controllable, set realistic goals for increasing activity, change their environment to reduce fall risks and do simple exercises to increase strength and balance.
