Preserving the Harvest Home Food Preservation Series (Session 2 of 3)

Description:
This three session series will teach participants the basics of food preservation through hands-on experience in pressure canning, water bath canning, freezing, and dehyrdating fruits and vegetables.
Session topic:
Learn to use a water bath canner to preserve salsas, fruits and other high acid foods.
Registration:
Participants may register for individual workshops or all 3 workshops of the series. For more information, contact the Callaway County Extension Center at 573-642-0755 or e-mail the instuctor.
