Do you have Arthritis, Asthma, Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Depression, Osteoporosis, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, or any other chronic health condition? Do you live with or care for someone with a chronic health condition? Better Choices, Better Health is a 6 week workshop that teaches you the skills you need to manage your symptoms & take control of your health!
