Description:

This is training specifically designed to help the business owner get a handle on the financial side of the operation. It takes the mystery out of cash flow, helps owners and managers identify ways they can improve it and answers the question “If I am profitable, why don’t I have any Cash?” The course covers cash flow statements, sources and uses of cash, ratios and inventory and will help identify specific and individualized strategies that can be employed in a company to get a tighter rein on how the money flows through a business.
