Food Preservation Workshps (KCCG) (Session 5 of 5)

Description:

This five session series will focus on learning the basics of pressure and water bath canning through hands-on preserving of green beans, salsa, pickles and jellies. The fifth session focuses on dehydration and freezing.

Session topic:

dehydrating produce and making jerky -- participants will also learn how to freeze produce for best texture and flavor
