Affordable Care Act for Small Businesses

The presentation will cover some of the major components of the Affordable Care Act including the Marketplace for individuals, SHOP for business owners, and protections included in the ACA. We can also include information that is particularly helpful to plan fiduciaries as they try to comply with ACA as well as where and how to get additional information and assistance with particular issues. This may include HIPAA, COBRA and ACA requirements.

A strength training program for middle-aged and older adults. The programs goal is to improve health and quality of life. Exercise sessions to improve strength and balance include warm-up exercises, strengthening exercises and cool-down stretches. An orientation and pre-assessment precede nine weeks of exercise sessions, and the program concludes with a post-assessment.
