Description:

The Summer Entrepreneur Boot Camp is an intensive weeklong community of sharing best practices and essential business knowledge. The SBTDC & REDI have teamed up to call on thought leaders across the community to share their knowledge through focused sessions in areas we find key to long-term success. This week is about entrepreneurship, it doesn't matter if you don't have an idea yet or you've been in business for 20 years, there is something for you to learn and grow. The event is free, register online once, and attend whichever sessions you think are most valuable. Please remember the Columbia SBTDC is always available for no-fee 1 to 1 counseling and has many tools to help growing companies.

Doing Business with the Government

This basic three-hour seminar will cover selling to the government, such as what the government requires from businesses, basics for doing business with the government, required registrations, benefits of federal and state certifications, socioeconomic benefits and becoming a qualified government contractor and win government contracts. The seminar will give an overview of MO PTAC services available to assist Missouri businesses in all aspects of government contracting.
