A strength training program for middle-aged and older adults. The programs goal is to improve health and quality of life. A New Approach To Strategy and Strategic Planning

Strategy and strategic planning are two terms often used but seldom understood or effectively developed and implemented. Drs. Kaplan and Norton of the Harvard Business School have created a new approach to strategy and strategic planning by expanding on the breakthrough Balanced Scorecard methodology to create the Strategy-Focused Organization Principles. These principles clarify, which simplifies, the understanding and development of strategy.

On August 12th, at the Chamber Chris Thompson, Business Development Specialist and Associate Extension Professional will present a 1-hour introductory seminar on strategy and strategic planning based concepts and principals created by Drs. Kaplan and Norton who have certified Chris in the Balanced Scorecard and Strategy-Focused Organization Principles.
