This is a series of home food preservation in which the participants roll up their sleeves and participate in the process. There are five classes: Pressure Canning Vegetables, Pack a Pickled Product, Salsa, Jams and Jellies and Freezing and Dehydrating
Session topic:
Jams and Jellies- Participants will prepare both a cooked and a freezer jam in this class. Jams will be processed in a boiling water bath canner. Participants receive recipes and guide sheets.
