Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is 20 classes over 10 weeks strength training program for adults 60 years and older. The program’s goal is to improve health and quality of life. Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is an eleven week program for middle-aged and older adults. The program's goal is to improve health and quality of life. We will be incorporating: warm-up exercises, simple strengthening exercises (with or without weights), and cool down stretches. Strength training can benefit you in many ways: Arthritis relief, improve balance, enhance flexibility, strengthen bones, weight control, lifts depression, stress reduction, reduce risks for heart disease, maintain healthy blood sugar levels, etc.

Healthy Lifestyle Initiative (Session 8 of 9)

This program will focus on issues involving becoming over weight and obese. Safe ways to lose weight on a non medically supervised program.
