This approach is also known as a Balanced Scorecard. Scorecards are being used by many top-performing businesses but are sometimes dismissed as being too hard to develop, too complicated, or only for large corporations. Our user-friendly program is designed with small businesses in mind and allows any size business or organization to reap the benefits of a Balanced Scorecard.
