Interstate Exchange Trip to Broadwater County, Montana

When:  Wednesday, June 20, 2012, 3:30 a.m. to Wednesday, June 27, 2012, 6:30 p.m.

Various communities in Broadwater Montana

Description:

Franklin and Jefferson County 4-H teens and adult volunteers will spend a week staying with 4-H families in Broadwater County, Montana as the first part of a two-year Interstate Exchange.

Interstate Exchange Trip to Broadwater County Montana

Registration:

Must register by January 20, 2011, by placing a down-payment of $100. Another $100 will be due in March of 2011.

St. Charles & Jefferson Co 4-H Camp

When:  Thursday, June 21, 2012, 2 p.m. to Sunday, June 24, 2012, 10 a.m.

Where:  
Cuivre River State Park
Troy MO

Description:

Youth will participate in an overnight 4-H camping program for 4 days. The program includes science based workshops, swimming, arts & crafts, active games to promote healthy lifestyles, and much more.

Session topic:

4-H members and non 4-H friends from St. Charles and Jefferson counties will participate in 4-H. Campers will enjoy swimming, arts & crafts, rocket launching, games and physical activity, campfire, and much more.

Food Preservation Classes in Nodaway County (Session 1 of 5)

Home Canning the Safe Way. Participants will learn the basics of home canning. Hands-on instruction will be provided. Participants will pressure can green beans.
