Youth Program Quality Assessment

The Program Quality Assessment is a validated, evidence-based instrument developed by the David P. Weikart Center for Youth Development. The MU Extension 4-H Center for and the Missouri Afterschool Network are collaborating to train 4-H Youth Specialists and Educators in the instrumentation. 4-H Youth Specialists interested can become external, reliable afterschool program assessors of afterschool programs funded by the MO Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
