Annually, private pesticide applicators are able to obtain or renew their licenses by attending a training provided by University of Missouri Extension specialists. The training is free, however attendees are required to have a Pesticide Core Manual. If you already have a manual, please bring it to the training. If you do not have a Core Manual, they will be available for purchase for $12 at the time of the meeting. Information will also be offered concerning Water Quality Improvement Through the Proper Use of Pesticicdes.

The ten week Stay Strong Stay Healthy course is a moderate intensity, progressive exercise program that includes strength and balance training and is designed to improve muscle strength, dynamic balance, and flexibility.

This session is a mandatory orientation. Participants will view a powerpoint covering the health benefits of strength training, will complete required paperwork, and will participate in fitness assessments.
