Cole County Extension Center

Each business has a unique path to success; map your path to success through the use of a balanced set of performance measures. This program teaches a nine-step process that ultimately identifies the factors most critical to your success, creates a balanced set of measures for these factors, and explains how to use those measures to manage your business. This approach is also known as a Balanced Scorecard. Scorecards are being used by many top-performing businesses but are sometimes dismissed as being too hard to develop, too complicated, or only for large corporations. Our user-friendly program is designed with small businesses in mind and allows any size business or organization to reap the benefits of a Balanced Scorecard.
