Donors can earn money for Greene County Extension and also donate plasma to help save a life.The payoff rates are more in the month of February and there is a coupon price of $30 for your first visit. The next visit will pay $40 and the third visit will bring $50 for a total of $120. A person can give plasma twice in a week. None needed, although the first visit will take at least one hour because of the medical review that is required of all possible donors.
Fighting Obesity Through Active Play: Child Care Provider Training (Session 1 of 2)

Jessica Trussell, MA, Human Development Specialist with MU Extension will focus the ways that child care providers can help fight childhood obesity through active play at the first workshop. At the second workshop, Trussell will discuss how child care providers can build relationships with parents through good communication. Mary Taylor, RN, with LCHC will focus on the Eat Smart 1: Childhood Obesity program during the first workshop. Taylor will discuss Eat Smart 2: Setting the Stage for Healthy Nutrition at the second workshop in March.

This radio program is intended to educate viewers on a wide range of topics related to gardening in the Ozarks. Morris Westfall conducts the interview with Patrick Byers, MU Extension-Greene County regional horticulture specialist. The program airs several times on Saturday and Sunday on radio stations KWTO, KTXR, and KBFL.

• Birthdates of all primary, secondary, and dependents on the tax return. If married and filing jointly, both spouses should be present.
• All wage and income statements for 2012 (e.g., W-2, W-2G, 1099-R forms).
• Interest and dividend statements from financial institutions (Form 1099) if applicable.
• Proof of day-care expenses paid in 2012 including: provider’s name, address, phone number, and federal ID number.
• A copy of last year’s federal and state returns, if available.
• To directly deposit your refunds, bring a check or savings book with you to verify the account and bank routing numbers.
