Advanced SSSH is designed to challenge older adults in new and different ways, to help avoid staleness and plateaus, and to improve activities of daily living. This program features exercises using resistance from body weight, hand weights, and ankle weights. It also features balance exercises, core exercises, low back exercises, and flexibility exercises.

The 27th Judicial Circuit requires a monthly one-hour class called Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). It is an overview of what individuals might experience if they are mandated to have their court case mediated. This free class is open to the public with no pre-registration required.
Session topic:
Participants learn ways to resolve disputes. In addition, they learn what to expect if they must use mediation and how to prepare for a mediation session. They also gain understanding of why the courts believe mediation is in their best interest.
