Stay strong Stay Healthy is a strength improvement program designed fro older adults wanting to improve overall fitness.

Kids Cooking Class:
This class is for children between the ages of 6-15. If your child is interested in learning to cook in a safe and fun environment then this class is for them.
Encourage your child to eat healthier and learn about cooking in a safe and fun environment. Lesson topics include how to make healthy food choices, food preparation and cooking and food safety. Class one: 10am-11:30am, Class two: 1pm-2:30pm
