Hindsight is 20/20, so use that to create a framework and a plan to improve your business performance. In this course, you are an active participant working on your own business strategy. Facilitators are knowledgeable entrepreneur practitioners who are attuned to the issues that influence the decisions you make about your company, making the program meaningful by applying this knowledge to your business. Do you have concerns about falling? "A Matter of Balance" can help reduce the fear of falling and increase your activity level. The program will promote basic and safe exercises to increase strength and blance and consider modifications to indoor and outdoor environments to reduce the risk of falls. The program is interactive and a lot of fun! Come and enjoy learning with others!

Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is a strength training program developed by Tufts University to help men and women increase strength, flexibility and balance. Missouri’s Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (SSSH) program is designed to increase middle age and older adults’ access to a safe, structured, and effective strength training program. At each session, a prescribed set of 8 upper and lower body strengthening exercises are done along with warm-up and cool-down stretches. Participants are made to feel comfortable regardless of their current fitness level so they can safely participate and gradually build the strength beneficial to health.
