    Focus on Kids - Livingston County (43rd Circuit)

    Focus on Kids is a workshop to help parents learn how to nurture and support their children through the divorce process and to help parents who are living apart develop ways to work together effectively as co-parents. Focus on Kids satisfies Missouri's educational requirement for parents who are divorcing or filing a motion to modify. It is conducted in cooperation with Missouri’s circuit courts.

    Leadership Book Discussion (Session 4 of 7)

    Description:

    A series of book discussions focused on leadership book as part of the Greene County EXCEL Leadership Series. The goal is to get residents and business leaders reading about and talking about leadership. That leads to improvements in our communities, organizations and our businesses that can have lasting impact.

    The meeting is at noon and participants can bring their own lunch. Discussions will be shared Live on the Facebook page of the Greene County Extension Council.

    Participants are encouraged to enroll in EXCEL to be kept up-to-date on local leadership programs. If there is interest these book discussions can be expanded to other Greene County communities.

    "21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership" by John Maxwell, discussion lead by Dr. Pam Duitsman county engagement specialist with University of Missouri Extension.

    Financial Projections: Makin' It Rain?!

    Determine your cash “runway” by learning to estimate future cash flow using historical financial performance, if any, plus customer discovery research on likely volume, pricing, expenses, and more.  Participants will learn to use that information to make educated predictions of future sources and uses of cash and analyze those predictions to make more informed decisions.  Participants will leave this session feeling more comfortable about choices related to preparing for growth, realistic loan and financing requests, how much cash they can safely take out of the business, and making affordable purchases for the business.
