Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) Exam Prep Training (3-day event)

Description:

Want to stand out from your peers? Want to position yourself more attractively for employment or career advancement? Want to secure a credential that validates your competency and understanding of business and international trade? Take steps to become a Certified Global Business Professional, but first attending this CGBP Exam Prep Training Session. Training will focus on the four domains of International trade that the CGBP addresses: 1. Global Business Management 2. Global Marketing 3. Supply Chain Management 4. Trade Finance The training will be led by author and expert international sales and marketing training, Jim Foley. The NASBITE CGBP credential confirms knowledge in international trade and assures that employees are able to practice global business at the professional level required in today’s competitive environment.

Harvest Time for MO Hops!

When:  Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018, 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Description:

More details to follow, but we'll be covering: • Scouting hops for diseases and insects- Cory Creed with University of Missouri. • The hop yard update, including a survival tale from the Jap beetle assault- James Quinn • Pat Byers- preharvest assessment and early analytical results We'll have some freebies! - Several Tahoma plants in 6" pots. This is an aroma cultivar. - For plots that have been harvested, we can give away extra bines. Take a big shaggy thing home and pick'n dry them yourself! Weather permitting, hands on demonstrations starting at 2, before we go indoors at 3, may include: - The Rocket Sprayer demonstration - Application of Aim herbicide - Harvesting a bine, followed by - Cone picking - Cone drying
