Stay Strong, Stay Healthy II, North County Health Campus (Session 1 of 10)

A strength training program for middle-aged and older adults. The programs goal is to improve health and quality of life. Exercise sessions to improve strength and balance include warm-up exercises, strengthening exercises and cool-down stretches. An orientation and pre-assessment precede nine weeks of exercise sessions, and the program concludes with a post-assessment.

The fee is normally $40. The Discounted Fee is $20 per County employee. (Anthem will pay $20 per person. If you have the County’s insurance). Participants who attend 9 out of 10 classes and complete pre- and post-assessments will receive a $10 refund.
