This radio program is intended to educate viewers on a wide range of topics related to gardening in the Ozarks. Morris Westfall conducts the interview with Patrick Byers, MU Extension-Greene County regional horticulture specialist. The program airs several times on Saturday and Sunday on radio stations KWTO, KTXR, and KBFL.

Chair Tai Chi for Arthritis is a gentle, slow and safe exercise to help strengthen balance, relieve pain, promote flexibility, relax mind and body, and enhance overall health. The exercise program is easy to learn and ideal for people with physical challenges, chronic diseases or those undergoing rehab or physical therapy.
