Relatives As Parents--Northland Grandfamilies evening support group (Session 2 of 11)

The Northland Grandfamilies program is administered by the University of Missouri Extension Center in Clay County and supported with grants from Clay County Senior Services and the Platte County Senior Services Fund. The program strives to raise awareness and provide educational resources related to the wide variety of issues facing grandparents and other relatives who parent minor children. Monthly support group meetings with guest speakers on pertinent topics are offered in Clay and Platte County locations.
The Northland Grandfamilies program offers an evening support group meeting for grandparents and other relatives who parent minor children. The meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month, with guest speakers and helpful resources.
Grandparents and other relatives who parent minor children are welcome to attend monthly support group meetings and other activities sponsored by the Northland Grandfamilies program. For more information, please contact the University of Missouri Extension Center at 816-407-3490.
