The Northland Early Education Council (NEEC) is a collaboration of representatives from agencies, organizations, public and private educational institutions, non-profits and the faith community. The NEEC has a shared commitment of ensuring that high-quality early childhood education is provided in the Northland. The NEEC board meets on a regular basis to discuss and plan educational training opportunities for early childhood educators, directors and administrators. The Northland Early Education Council is administered through the University of Missouri Extension Center in Clay County.
The Northland Early Education Council board members meet on a regular basis to discuss and plan educational trainings for early childhood educators and program directors in the Northland.
Membership on the Northland Early Education Council is open to anyone interested in promoting and advocating for quality early childhood education in the Northland.
