Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is an eleven week program for middle-aged and older adults. The program's goal is to improve health and quality of life. Healthy Lifestyle Initiative (Session 5 of 9)

This program will focus on issues involving becoming over weight and obese. Safe ways to lose weight on a non medically supervised program. Techniques to control over eating and safe exercise programs will be the primarey topics. A walking session will be included with most sessions. The Warren County Health Department will be partnering in the program.
