Southwest Missouri Fruit Growers Tour

Description:

The Southwest Missouri Fruit Growers Tour was organized in cooperation among MU Extension, LU Extension, and Hmong National Development. The tour visited 3 fruit sites - MU Southwest Research Center, Browns Berry Farm, and Murphy's Orchard.

Food, Culture, and Reading - Homeschool (Session 7 of 8)

Food, Culture and Reading is a global education curriculum that uses hands on activities to learn about food, healthy living, and different cultures.Through experiential activities, youth will be able to recognize a variety of healthful foods, explore the similarities of food from various cultures, and develop an understanding and appreciation of cultures that are different than their own.
