In every Missouri County, an MU Extension council, comprised of elected and appointed citizens, guides local educational programming. County council members are partners in the entire educational process, from needs assessment through program implementation and evaluation of outcomes. There are also seven regional councils and a state council. 4-H Robotics Centennial Church

Two day work shop
Students will learn how to build a LEGO Mindstorm EV3or NXT robot. Working in groups of two or three, students will program the robot to move in different directions, complete a turn, and maneuver through a maze. Students will learn to program their robots to make a sound and display a message. They will also have an opportunity to complete challenges, such as the Dizzy Drill and Buried Treasure. St. Louis County 4-H will provide the LEGO Mindstorm NXT kits, netbook computers, and other supplies for the course.

Pasture walk - Forage Production and Management

At each session, a prescribed set of eight to 10 upper and lower body strengthening exercises are done along with warm-up and cool-down stretches. In order to enroll in the Stay Strong, Stay Healthy–Level 2 program, you must have completed the Stay Strong, Stay Healthy-Level 1 program at least twice. Missouri Show Me Quality Assurance Training (Session 3 of 3)
