    Stay Strong, Stay Healthy (Session 2 of 16)

    Description:

    Stay Strong, Stay Healthy is an 8-week strength training program geared towards individuals age 60+ who are looking for a challenge in their current fitness routine. Participants meet twice weekly for 8 weeks and complete upper and lower body exercises that improve their muscle strength, balance and flexibility. All program equipment is provided.

    Take Control of Your Finances

    Description:

    Take Control of Your Finances offers Missouri Career Center clients dealing with unemployment the information they need to take control. Clients develop a plan to help them survive until they can find another job.

    Session topic:

    Taking Control of Your Finances Taking Control of Your Finances is a free workshop to help you keep control of family finances while laid off, unemployed, or underemployed. Managing and budgeting your bills, and your money, until a new job opportunity appears, is less stressful when you have a plan.
