Food Preservation Workshops (Johnson) (Session 1 of 2)
When: Tuesday, June 11, 2013, noon to 4 p.m.
7th Day Adventist Church
Participants will learn via hands-on activities how to pressure can green beans, water bath can pickles, jams/jellies and salsas, as well as how to dehydrate produce and make jerky.
