Eat Well Be Well with Diabetes: John C. Murphy Health Center (Session 3 of 4)

A four-session series that provides people with type 2 diabetes, their family and friends, with tools for the self-management of diabetes. The series focuses on nutrition, the cornerstone of diabetes management, but also reviews other self-management strategies that can help individuals avoid diabetes complications. Food demonstrations and tasting are included.

2014 State 4-H Congress (Session 1 of 3)
When: Wednesday, May 28, 2014, noon to 11:30 p.m.

State-wide leadership event for youth ages, 14-19 to experience campus living, attend learnshops and an opportunity to interact with peers. Election of State 4-H Council for 2014-15 will be conducted during the event. Adult advisors are available using a l:10 adult to teen ratio.
